Remembrance Day 2020
09 November 2020
At the 11th hour on the 11th day of the 11th month, we commemorate Armistice Day and remember those men and women who lost their lives and gave their tomorrow for our today. In particular, we give grateful thanks to the 288 OAs who lost their lives in the First World War or the Second World War. A memorial with their names incised in the marble tablet is displayed in the School Chapel. Greater love has no one than this: To lay down one’s life for one’s friends. John 15:13.
During these challenging and uncertain times, things will get better. Stay safe. We will meet again.
